Our lifetime warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that may arise with your jewelry. We will replace any items that experience any defects.

USA: 4-8 Working days.

Europe: 5-10 Working days.

Rest of the world: 6-12 Working Days.

All Eluzo orders are sent out with a tracking number via email after the order is processed.

You can pay with Apple Pay, Mastercard, Visa, Google Pay, Discover, Amex, Bancontact and Shop Pay.

If you are not 100% happy you can ship your item back to us within 30 days of it arriving with you. 

Return your item in a brand new condition in the same packaging we shipped to you within 30 days of its arrival and we will refund your order if it is not a clearance or final sale item. 

Your order may not be eligible for return or exchange if the product

• Is not in the original package, including sleeves and tags.
